The aims of our Intensive Courses are to accelerate the learning process in order for you to drive safely, on your own, in the shortest possible timescale.  You will be exclusively with our instructor on a one to one basis for the duration of your course.  Intensive courses can be taken over 5 to 10 days.

Why not learn to drive in a less stressful environment, the training will be in the Dingwall/Alness area which is aprox 21 miles from the city of Inverness.  Your test will be in Alness.

Why not combine your training with a short holiday, accommodation can be arranged at quality hotels or at a bed and breakfast establishment.  In your leisure time, Football, Golf and Fishing are all nearby and the City of Inverness is a haven for the shopper. 

5 DAY COURSE – 30 HOURS

These are our most popular courses, ideal for pupils with a little driving experience and have mastered the basic controls.  Cost - £810 plus test fee of £62.00.

7 DAY COURSE – 42 HOURS

Suitable for the more nervous beginner, or older novice.  This course will boost your confidence.  Cost - £1134 plus test fee of £62.00.

10 DAY COURSE – 60 HOURS

Ideal for the complete beginner, allowing time to master the basic skills before going on to cover the full DSA Syllabus.    Cost - £1620 plus test fee of £62.00.

Please note recent research for the Driving Standards Agency has shown that on average, people who take about 40 hours professional tuition stand the best chance of passing their test.  Remember, learning to drive is a life skill and gaining as much practice as possible can only stand you in good stead for the future.

The Driving School reserves the right to withhold the vehicle from the test if the instructor feels that you are not competent and in their opinion, your driving is actually or potentially dangerous.
